On April 8th 2019, Home Instead Senior Care was honoured as a recipient of the Franchisees’ Choice designation presented by the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) during an Awards Gala at the CFA’s 2019 National Convention in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Home Instead has been acknowledged for its excellence in franchising with this designation every year since 2011, and this year, received a special 9-year logo.The Franchisees’ Choice Designees are CFA members who took part in an independently-administered survey. This year, more than 70 CFA member franchise brands participated in the survey and were asked to evaluate their franchisor in key areas of the franchise business model, including leadership, marketing, business planning, training support and more.
