Hundreds of seniors in the Okanagan received Christmas gifts in December, thanks to the generosity of kindhearteded souls in the Okanagan.

Home Instead Senior Care Kelowna and Penticton has had the honour of receiving thank you notes from seniors who received gifts and organizations that serve seniors that received gifts and we want to share them with the generous folks who bought and packed Christmas gifts last year.

One gift recipient was unable to visit her family over Christmas, but the Be a Santa to a Senior gifts helped brighten her holiday.

Be a Santa to a Senior Gifts were delivered to the Good Samaritan Society where they were a beam of light for seniors who were lonely during the holidays.

Other seniors also sent thank you notes.

For everyone in Kelowna and area, thank you for participating in Be a Santa to a Senior and brightening the Christmas season for seniors in the Okanagan.
