and Brenda, who are siblings, both have childhood memories of their
mom's volunteerism and the intrinsic rewards attached to helping others,
especially seniors. They share stories of their trips with mom to
deliver lunches for Meal on Wheels, they joy it brought to those
individuals and how she encouraged them do the same. During her high
school years, Brenda volunteered in Long Term Care. As parents, they
instill the same values on their own children. The Enright and Bechard
children are involved in many of our community activities including
fundraising for the Walk for Alzheimer's.
They are both highly
involved in the community activism. They have sat on the Board of
Directors for Home Care Ontario, have strong ties to the Alzheimer
Society and focus their efforts on public education and community
outreach. In 2015 Greg's book, What's Next? Navigating Later Life
Transitions, was published; it was a road map for family caregivers as
well as seniors. Greg and Brenda work tirelessly at their passion and
they are driven to change to face of ageing.
Greg and Brenda are
very family oriented. They are both married to incredibly loving and
supportive spouses; there are also 5 children between the two. Both
families share a passion for skiing, golf, travel - overall spending

"I just want to take this moment to express our family's gratitude to Home Instead for their selfless care and positive energy. Our caregiver visits once a week to help with the bath. Then, she helps out with cleaning, organizing, walking the dog and whatever we need that particular week. She is always happy to see us.
Home Instead offers free monthly newsletters with tips and advice for caregivers of elderly loved ones.
