As an HR Assistant you will be involved in all areas of the recruitment process for Home Instead Senior Care, including the interview and selection processes. You will guide prospective employees through the hiring process and be instrumental in ensuring we have the right people in the right places. You will support other initiatives relating to HR management including but not limited to reference checking, new hire trainings, scheduling and other assigned duties, as required.
The individual must be a highly organized self-starter with outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills. This position is part of the Graduate to Opportunity program.
