Angele Lance employed with Home Instead Senior Care since summer of 2014 has worked in the health care field for the past seven years holding a diploma as a Mental Health and Addictions worker.
Originally from Quebec, Angele attended Nipissing University as well as Canadore College. She spent several years working in the Nipissing area as; a Counselor for women who have been sexually or physically abused, 911 dispatcher, nurse and health care coordinator as well as a 24 hour/TTY crisis line worker. Angele is very determined to help our clients as well as their loved ones get their non-medical and social service needs met.
She is goal orientated with a friendly, positive and open-minded personality. On her downtime she enjoys being active with her family and pets, primarily amongst nature.
Johanne Goral, employed with home Instead Senior Care since fall 2015 holds a diploma with honors in Office and Payroll Administration and has a burning passion for helping others in her community. Born and raised in Azilda, Ontario, Johanne has spent several years working in the customer service field in Sudbury and surrounding areas. On her down time, she enjoys reading and horseback riding. Johanne is a kind, loving and compassionate person. She creates a foundation within our office for happy, healthy relationships with both our clients and Caregivers. She is very optimistic about her future here at Home Instead Senior Care!
Nikki Sage started working with Home Instead Senior Care in October 2015 by organizing the Be a Santa to a Senior Service program. She met and worked alongside franchise owner Lisette Wirta during her time as office coordinator with the Brain Injury Association Sudbury & District. Nikki loves that she is working for a company that is dedicated to helping others and enjoys making a difference in the community. In addition to being the Home Care Consultant with Home Instead Senior Care she also works as Peer Support Coordinator with the Ontario Brain Injury Association. In her spare time she writes, records and performs country music as she obtained a background in recording engineering and theatre arts. Along with her passion for music she loves her fur babies Lola and Jasmine. Nikki is very excited to be working with such a great team and is looking forward to the future!
Since my start at Home Instead, I have learned so much about our community and the great people who make it. My goal as the Inquiry Specialist is to continue to build trust and emotional connection with others and always bring to mind a true Home Instead experience. I am dedicated to working hard in the effort to help other people, while at the same time, providing an old fashioned quality of life for my family. Outside of work, my family and photographing people are my passions.
As a previous Home Instead Senior Care employee, Rayanne is proud to be back and being part of the team again and being just as passionate on continuing care for our clients as when she first came on board.
Rayanne is a highly motivated Bilingual Human Resources Management Graduate, PSW and Child youth worker, who has 10 years of experience working with the vulnerable population, high risk clients, case managing and programing. She constantly demonstrates positive leadership and communication skills in all aspects of her work and community life. She is dedicated to applying Social Work practices and principles as well as offering holistic approach towards clients building independence. Rayanne has professional experience working in residential settings and with community based organizations with proven ability to take direction and work within mandates and protocols. She also enjoys spending time with family and her dogs.
Venessa started out with Home Instead as a PSW – where she truly learned the passion that every one of our caregivers hands out. Venessa has worked many years of customer service in Sudbury. Now, as the Home Care Consultant for the Sault Ste. Marie area she is honored to be working aside such a great team that puts each of their hands out into the community. One thing she always works towards is to be positive, up-beat, and to always say hello with a smile. Outside of work, Venessa is family oriented and loves to travel and experience new things at any opportunity.
