I've always had a passion for helping people who couldn't help themselves and thus began my journey at HomeInstead as a CAREGiver in 2016. Family, friends and co-workers had always told me that my positivity and ability to think outside the box to get things done, would lead me to great things. And here I am!
Now in my role as the Recruitment & Engagement Co-ordinator for Home Instead, seeking out the best home helpers and caregivers is my top priority. From the interview process right through to the training sessions. I will be there to guide our best, making sure that our community of aging adults and seniors, receive the best care there is.
Outside of work, I'm the mother of 2 daughters, who keep me busy with their martial arts and competitive dance schedules. But I wouldn't have it any other way. I live selflessly, with child-like wonder and always see the bright side of things. Singing, performing a comedy bit or line from a movie to get a laugh, are some of the simple things in life, that make me happy.
