Wayne Wirta - Director of Operations

Wayne Wirta - Director of Operations

​Wayne is an important part of the Home Instead Family and will ensure his team is providing excellent client service to the senior community in the Greater Sudbury and Algoma District.   He has a natural knack when it comes to leadership and continuous support to his team and colleagues.   His patience and understanding is a quality that will be an asset in moving forward with the future of our services and our community.  He enjoys the outdoors, fishing, camping and family time at the lake.  Wayne has been an important part of the Home Instead Family for many years but now, he is looking forward to continuing his support by accepting a position as Director of Operations at the Home Instead Office in Sudbury. 


Johanne Goral - Service Coordinator

Johanne Goral - Service Coordinator

​Johanne Goral, employed with home Instead Senior Care since fall 2015 holds a diploma with honors in Office and Payroll Administration and has a burning passion for helping others in her community. Born and raised in Azilda, Ontario, Johanne has spent several years working in the customer service field in Sudbury and surrounding areas. On her down time, she enjoys reading and horseback riding.

Johanne is a kind, loving and compassionate person. She creates a foundation within our office for happy, healthy relationships with both our clients and Caregivers. She is very optimistic about her future here at Home Instead Senior Care!


Nikki Sage - Home Care Consultant

Nikki Sage - Home Care Consultant

 

What are the common characteristics often used to describe Nikki? Well she has been told by her peers that she has a driven personality, a positive attitude and dedicated work ethic!

Nikki started her career with Home Instead Senior Care back in 2015 coordinating the Be a Santa to a Senior program. The success of that event launched her journey in enhancing the lives of older adults as she transitioned into a full time Community Outreach Coordinator. Within her four years as a Community Outreach Coordinator, Nikki has developed many partnerships, organized various community events, and positioned the company as a trusted resource in the community. Nikki loves working for a company that is dedicated to helping others and is motivated by endeavors that make a difference in her community. For example, she is a co-host of Ageing in Action TV show on Eastlink and organizes the ever-growing Ageing in Place Symposium. Nikki provides various educational presentations, works with her team on special projects and coordinates community events.  Nikki's educational background in Theater Arts has allowed her to take her creativity and dynamic personality with her in her work pursuits, which gives her a unique advantage over her colleagues

 

In her personal life, Nikki is married to her husband Bryan and they live together with two fur babies named Lola and Jasmine. In her spare time Nikki enjoys singing, songwriting and most importantly being a fur mama!

 


Cassandra Fortin - Inquiry Specialist

Cassandra Fortin - Inquiry Specialist

Since my start at Home Instead, I have learned so much about our community and the great people who make it. My goal as the Inquiry Specialist is to continue to build trust and emotional connection with others and always bring to mind a true Home Instead experience. I am dedicated to working hard in the effort to help other people, while at the same time, providing an old fashioned quality of life for my family. Outside of work, my family and photographing people are my passions.


Rayanne Henri - Service Coordinator

Rayanne Henri - Service Coordinator

As a previous Home Instead Senior Care employee, Rayanne is proud to be back and being part of the team again and being just as passionate on continuing care for our clients as when she first came on board.

Rayanne is a highly motivated Bilingual Human Resources Management Graduate, PSW and Child youth worker, who has 10 years of experience working with the vulnerable population, high risk clients, case managing and programing. She constantly demonstrates positive leadership and communication skills in all aspects of her work and community life. She is dedicated to applying Social Work practices and principles as well as offering holistic approach towards clients building independence. Rayanne has professional experience working in residential settings and with community based organizations with proven ability to take direction and work within mandates and protocols. She also enjoys spending time with family and her dogs.


Natalie Chauvin - Office Coordinator

Natalie Chauvin - Office Coordinator

With 13 years experience in the Health Care field and customer service.  Natalie has joined the Home Instead Senior Care team confidently in her new role as Office Coordinator.  Her willingness and dedication to helping the elderly and their families within our community is done with great passion and with an open heart.

Natalie's communication and listening are just a few skills out of many and one of her greatest attributes.  She is always willing to contribute in any way possible.

Natalie also enjoys spending time with her dog Diesel by her side.  They as a duo go kayaking and camping as a few examples, also she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.


Amanda Clement - Key Player Assistant

Amanda Clement - Key Player Assistant

​We would like to introduce a new member of the team, Amanda Clement. Amanda has a diploma for Occupational therapist assistant/ Physiotherapist assistant, she worked as s physiotherapist assistant for four years. She then went back to school and has been working on her Human Resources Management certificate through Cambrian College. Amanda is excited to be joining us as our Team Player Assistant. 


Caitlin MacKenzie - Recruitment Retention Coordinator

Caitlin MacKenzie - Recruitment Retention Coordinator

​Caitlin graduated  in 2014 from The Speech Communication program at The University of Waterloo. She has a background in Sales, Recruitment, and Project Coordination. Caitlin has a passion for working with people and is always striving to bring 100 percent to the work she does. Her goal as The Recruitment Retention Coordinator is to build strong, long term, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients. Outside of work, family and friends are very important aspects of her life.
