Personal care, meal preparation and companionship are some of the reasons why a person might seek Home Instead Senior Care services. It is not often that a person would inquiry solely because of the CAREGiver. I am going to share with you a story between a client and a CAREGiver. A relationship built on trust and love, with a bond so strong that nothing could break it!
Our story starts with one of the finest CAREGivers .Her name is Debbie and she has been with our company since 2015.
During Debbie's interview she stated that some of her clients may inquire about services, and if so, she would like to have them become clients of Home Instead Senior Care. She detailed her 12 years of experience in the field and showed a great passion for personal care. We knew that she would be an asset to our team. Little did we know at the time, how much of an asset she would become!
Debbie demonstrated early on that she was a reliable employee with a heart of gold and a true desire to expand her knowledge. She has taken the majority of the extra training courses provided and has applied this enhanced learning towards her clients' care.
The bond between Debbie and her clients is indescribable. They often refer to Debbie as a daughter and as part of their family.
When I asked our client if Debbie has improved their quality of life she stated, "Without Debbie we would not have had a life.
I could use many adjectives to describe who Debbie is and why you should choose her for the region's CAREGiver of the year but there are just not enough words. If you truly want to know why we chose Debbie, I ask you to refer back to the module 1,2,3 training. Debbie exemplifies the 'Ideal CAREGiver' that we teach our new hires to aspire to. She is the heart of this company and what it stands for. Debbie not only provides a good reputation for our franchise office but for the Home Instead Senior Care name as a whole.
