As owner, Mark remains involved in all decisions pertaining to the business. Mark is regularly out of the office visiting community contacts, clients and CAREGivers.
Lisa, joined the Home Instead team in April of 2010. She has over 25 years of experience working with seniors. Most of those years were working with seniors with Alzheimer's or other Dementia's. Lisa visits with potential clients and does an assessment of home care needs, offering recommendations for care plans and changes to increase senior safety at home. Lisa works with the client and the family to develop an individualized Care Plan. She ensures that clients are best matched with compatible CAREGivers to receive the highest standard of care. Lisa maintains personal, ongoing communication with the client and their family, as well as their CAREGiver
Shaun is the first point of contact for new client inquiries and works with the office team to ensure service meets client expectations. Shaun has many years of experience in Customer Service and truly enjoys meeting with clients and caregivers.
Sarah has a Developmental Service Worker diploma and 6 years of service in the industry. Sarah handles day to day schedule changes as well as payroll and invoicing.
Brent meets with clients and community partners
to keep them aware of new developments in Home Instead’s service offerings as
well as any new public education programs that have been launched. Brent ensures that the community partners are
more than pleased with the service we provide and that they continue to refer
potential clients to Home Instead.
After Hours Staffing Queen Kathy has the unenviable task of dealing with calls after 5:00pm. Staffing is always a stressful role, particularly after 5:00pm.
