​Greg Charyna, Co-owner, Home Instead Senior Care


CPCA (Certified Professional Consultant on Aging); M.Div. (Edmonton Baptist Seminary), an ordained minister; M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration (University of Alberta)

Greg Charyna (pron: SHARE’-in-ah) has lived and worked as a broadcaster, administrator, pastor and chaplain before opening Home Instead Senior Care in 2008. He is passionate about enhancing the lives of older adults and supporting families by providing private, non-medical care in home, hospital or other facilities. 

Greg speaks regularly in the community about aging topics, helping adult children care for their parents. He and wife/business partner, Karen, are part of the “sandwich generation” who have a son and daughter attending the U of S and provide care for Greg’s mom in Vancouver and Karen’s parents in Weyburn.   

Through his work with Home Instead Saskatoon, Greg is involved with the following regional and local organizations:
