  • Part 3: Techniques to Handle Challenging Behaviors - Determine what techniques work best to manage different types of behaviors.
  • Part 4: Activities to Encourage Engagement - Learn about three types of activities – for mind, body, and soul.  Discover various techniques to encourage your loved one to engage in an activity.
