Tom’s natural aptitude for leadership has earned him an impressive track record of operational success as a change management & strategic leadership professional. From building and overhauling operational programs to driving cultural business transformation initiatives through his hands-on approach to leadership, Tom fosters a culture of collaboration, empowerment, accountability, employee engagement and customer satisfaction supported by his People, Process, Customer leadership philosophy. He states; “Joining the Home Instead team has been the highlight of my professional career. The opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, caring and focused individuals while being able to make each & every customer interaction a personal experience fills my heart with gratitude. Helping the seniors in our community and at the same, playing a vital part in changing the face of aging is an experience I can only describe as incredible”. Tom has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Liverpool and prior to joining Home Instead, successfully held various operational positions for both national and internationally recognized brands. Through a combination of client focused strategies, an overall determination for excellence whilst Tom’s strong track record developing high performance teams are key focus areas to ensure Home Instead continues to enhance the quality of life for seniors and their families.

Danielle Kydd, Service Coordinator
Danielle is no stranger when it comes to working with seniors. After an extremely close and special relationship with her grandmother found its end due to cancer, she began volunteering and eventually working in retirement communities. She has worked as a companion, concierge, sales assistant, recreation aid, server, dishwasher, housekeeper - you name it, she has done it. Even today, she spends her weekends working as a companion.
Having occupied so many roles over the years, Danielle has a huge appreciation for the senior community and for CAREGivers. She truly understands both sides of the coin and does her best to honor everyone that she has the pleasure of meeting as a Service Coordinator. She was particularly excited when she learned that at Home Instead "it's personal" and that they pay special attention to client-CAREGiver compatibility; she has made the commitment to keeping it her focus as well.
In her spare time, Danielle is a ballroom dance instructor. She teaches many styles, but predominantly swing. The residents of a retirement home that she worked at, while attending high school, persuaded her into learning how to swing-dance; it has since blossomed into a career.

Prabhjot always knew that she wanted to make a difference in the lives of others and at Home Instead her personal mission aligns with her background in Human Resources. She knew that this was the company for her when she learned of their commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors by, "Building Trust, Taking the Lead and Sharing your Heart".
As a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, she connects with individuals who truly want to make a difference in this world. Prabhjot does her best to create a warm atmosphere, so these CAREGivers are supported that they move forward, within their role, with confidence. She connects them with tools and resources, so they are sufficiently prepared for the road ahead!
In her spare time, she loves to read books on expanding consciousness, spending time with family, meditating, and learning about the Universe!
