What are the common characteristics often used to describe Nikki? Well she has been told by her peers that she has a driven personality, a positive attitude and dedicated work ethic!
Nikki started her career with Home Instead Senior Care back in 2015 coordinating the Be a Santa to a Senior program. The success of that event launched her journey in enhancing the lives of older adults as she transitioned into a full time Community Outreach Coordinator. Within her four years as a Community Outreach Coordinator, Nikki has developed many partnerships, organized various community events, and positioned the company as a trusted resource in the community. Nikki loves working for a company that is dedicated to helping others and is motivated by endeavors that make a difference in her community. For example, she is a co-host of Ageing in Action TV show on Eastlink and organizes the ever-growing Ageing in Place Symposium. Nikki provides various educational presentations, works with her team on special projects and coordinates community events. Nikki's educational background in Theater Arts has allowed her to take her creativity and dynamic personality with her in her work pursuits, which gives her a unique advantage over her colleagues.
