Greg and Karen Charyna

Karen and Greg opened Saskatoon's Home Instead office in 2008. Greg (M.Div., M.Ed.) brings his 12 years of experience serving families in churches and Karen (M. Ed.) employs expertise through her previous work as a counselling psychologist. Helping families comes naturally to us.​

Marina Kohle

Marina Kohle serves as Service Coordinator, matching Care Professionals with clients for ongoing service. Marina joined us in 2013 and brings to Home Instead a bachelor’s degree in education along with experiences involving teaching, leading and administrating. Marina’s ongoing role as caregiver for her mother is evidence of her dedication to helping seniors remain in their own homes with dignity and respect! ​

Rita Moate

Rita serves Home Instead clients as our Client Care Coordinator. As she consults with families Rita assesses their needs and recommends care plans. Rita provides ongoing quality care assurance for all clients. Rita joined the company in 2013 as a Care Professional and offers expertise in Recreation Therapy as well as mental health care.​ Ask to speak with Rita if you are interested in discussing care for your family!

Pauline Owoyemi

We are thrilled to have invited Pauline to serve as our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator in 2023. Pauline recruits, trains, supports and celebrates our Care Professionals. In addition to several academic degrees and ten years of experience in human resources, Pauline refined her caring values as she provided care for her grandmother who lived with her family to the ripe age of 103. Ask to speak with Pauline if you are interested in becoming a Care Professional with Home Instead!

Also joining Home Instead in 2023 is Administrative Assistant Allie. With her bachelor’s degree in commerce from Grant MacEwan University, Allie keeps the company in order. Allie draws upon her personal experience as a caregiver as she brings exceptional administrative support to our care team. You will hear Allie’s voice first when you call our office; she will make sure you receive the assistance you need!

Charlene McArthur

Charlene serves as On Call Coordinator, providing after-hours support to clients and Care Pros every other weekend. While searching for fulfilling work in 2012, Charlene found Home Instead and commenced her career as a Care Professional.  Charlene truly is a pro at client service and offers exceptional support to our growing team!
