Mark MacLean, Managing Director/Owner

Mark MacLean, Managing Director/Owner

Mark has been advocating, support and caring for clients and their families in their homes and communities for over 25 years. Currently in his role as Owner and Managing Director with Home Instead of West Toronto he works with his incredible team to care for seniors where they call home providing peace-of-mind for their families and loved ones.

Mark opened the West Toronto office of Home Instead in 2014, not only because at the time it was a deeply under serviced area of the city for seniors and their families but also because it is his neighbourhood in Toronto, where he chooses to live and serve.

20 years of service as a minister in community with families and local outreach organizations saw him working extensively with the most vulnerable in our community, specifically seniors. This experience uniquely positioned Mark to understand the challenges and transitions facing seniors and their loved ones during the challenging process of exploring what essential care looks like to maintain their independence where they call home.
