Kim Lepp, MBA PAC Certified
Kim has been a successful business owner for more than three decades. As the driving force behind Home Instead Vancouver, Kim has made it our mission to enrich the lives of our clients, their families, and our dedicated Care Professionals.
Her steadfast leadership has led Home Instead Vancouver to be accredited through Accreditation Canada and earn Vancouver Is Awesome's Star Award for the last seven years.
Kim, a nominee for the Top 25 Women of Influence Awards, is currently studying for her Masters in Gerontology. As a Teepa Snow certified professional, she's an advocate of their mission to enhance awareness and drastically improve dementia care.
Outside work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family. She loves traveling and discovering new places with her husband, her steadfast partner for over 40 years.
Vlad Navarro, Care Manager
Vlad advocates for clients from every angle: navigating their home environments, coordinating care, and working with other healthcare professionals to determine clients' goals and create both short- and long-term plans to achieve those goals.
He became a Medical Doctor in 2008 and worked in many rural underprivileged communities in Mexico providing medical care. In 2011, Vlad started to teach science and became very passionate about helping people improve their lifestyles. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Leti Abreu Maillo, Lead Care Consultant
Leti has always enjoyed human connection and has been a caregiver by nature. She worked in Graphic Design and Marketing and decided to change her path in 2019, moved by a strong desire to give back and to work with a vulnerable group.
She studied Psychology and Coaching in Spain and started her career in Health Care after moving to Canada in 2020. Leti started as a Care Pro where she found a true purpose in working with seniors. She now works alongside her mentors as part of the office staff, where she meets and assists seniors in need. Leti enjoys spending time in nature, music, and interacting with animals - especially cats.
Sonam Anand, Care Quality Specialist
Having dedicated nearly a decade to the healthcare industry, Sonam began her journey as a Scheduling Coordinator and has since risen to her current role as a Care Quality Specialist. With an unwavering passion for assisting seniors and giving back to the community, she exemplifies our commitment to making a positive impact.
Sonam pursued her Bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery from India and a Master's degree in Global Health and Human Services Administration in Canada.
Beyond her professional endeavours, she nurtures an adventurous spirit and finds joy in exploring new destinations. She loves to travel and continuously seeks to broaden her horizons and embrace diverse cultures.
Harpreet Kaur, Service Coordinator
Harpreet is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong passion for assisting the elderly. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery and subsequently pursued a diploma as a Health Care Administration (HCA) to further develop her skills and provide best care services.
With years of experience as a service coordinator, Harpreet has become an expert in the healthcare industry and takes great pride in her work. She believes in the importance of enabling older adults to live comfortably in their own homes and is committed to ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of care and compassion.
