At Home Instead®, our success revolves around the work of our Care Professionals – and we make sure they know it! We celebrate Care Pros year-round through: notes of appreciation, recognition in our employee newsletter, flowers, extra time off, and even impromptu office parties.
Care Professionals of the Quarter
We recognize Care Professionals in 3 key areas: Building Trust, Taking the Lead and Sharing their Heart. Each quarter, the team votes on Care Pros who most deserve to be recognized in each of these categories. We celebrate them and appreciate the positive impact they have upon our clients. Once a year, the team votes on the Care Pro of the Year. This award goes to the Care Pro who has most embodied all three areas. The winner receives a reward valued at $500.
Jessica won the Build Trust award - Jessica from Lindsay: Recognized for her consistency in arriving on time every time and helping her clients walk through significant health changes.

Charlene won the Take the Lead award -Recognized for her adaptability to client situations and going above and beyond with activities she connects her clients to.

Haley won the Share Your Heart award - Recognized for actively celebrating her clients on special occasions and surprising and delighting them with unique and delicious meals based on their specific preferences.
Haley’s quote: "My name is Haley, and I am from Peterborough. I have been a proud member of the Home Instead team as a PSW for almost 4 years. What I love most about serving our wonderful clients is the deep bonds that are formed and witnessing the joy, comfort, independence, and dignity I'm able to inspire during visits. This year Home Instead chose 10 Care Professionals who truly stood out, demonstrating compassion and exceptional care to the older adults and families they work with. Being named a Care Professional of the Year is one of the profession’s highest honors and Home Instead’s highest accolade for our more than 100,000 Care Professionals worldwide.
