Paradise Found
It only took one trip to the Sunshine State to understand how my folks had found their paradise, and our visits became semi-annual events. My scrapbooks are filled with sweet memories of Dad and the boys at spring training, Mom and I with our romance novels, beach chairs and windblown hair, and the seashells the kids gathered on Sanibel Island.

It's been terribly hard since Dad died last year. We've all been worried about Mom living on her own. I wish I could do more, but she's so far away.
