Our Executive Leadership Team, made up of our company’s chief officers, is responsible for setting the company’s strategic direction and communicating the vision.

Jeff Huber, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer of Home Instead, Inc., Jeff Huber oversees strategic planning and advocacy for the Home Instead Senior Care network; provides leadership on key initiatives; and manages the day-to-day operations of the Global Headquarters. He has also increased the organization’s commitment to leadership development and training to empower professional and family caregivers and to advance the mission of Home Instead Senior Care: To enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.

Jeff previously served in the role of President and CEO from 2015-2019. Other roles he’s held have been chief administrative officer, chief development officer and vice president of franchise development. Jeff joined Home Instead, Inc. in 1998 as franchise development manager.  

Jeff’s passion for creating a better world for all individuals to grow older in extends beyond providing the highest quality care to Home Instead clients. He works to advance support and policies for working family caregivers, grow and professionalize the global caregiver workforce, and inspire individuals to care for and serve the senior community.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on aging topics at events on the national and global stage, including the Silver Economy Forum, the Financial Times Dementia Summit and the Milken Future of Health Summit. He is a member of AARP CEO Champions, Fast Company Impact Council, G100 Network and the World Economic Forum, among other board and leadership positions in his industry and community.

Jeff graduated magna cum laude from the Creighton University School of Law and summa cum laude from Creighton University. Jeff practiced law for four years, including two years as a law clerk for a United States District Court judge.

JimHood.pngJim Hood, President

As president, Jim Hood has overall responsibility for global operations of the franchise network.  Prior to becoming president, he was the global chief information officer responsible for leading Home Instead through the development of new organizational capabilities enhancing the brand and franchise systems’ abilities to provide high-quality personalized care at home in a digital world.

Jim has more than 20 years of experience in information technology, software development, and leadership. After earning a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University, Jim spent most of his career driving business outcomes through software application and digital solutions. Before Home Instead, Jim worked across industries including telecommunications, transportation, publishing, and agriculture. Through these engagements with national and global companies, Jim gained deep insights into leadership and problem solving at scale.

It was through his consulting work that Jim met Home Instead Senior Care, first providing business and technical consulting services to Home Instead, Inc. in 2012. Jim joined Global Headquarters in Omaha in 2013 and has held the roles of global solutions architect and vice president of information technology, which included leadership responsibility for program management and business transformation.


JohnHogan.pngJohn Hogan, Chief Development Officer

John Hogan serves in the role of chief development officer working strategically with many of the company’s leaders on the performance of Home Instead’s core business, as well as, many of its affiliate businesses. John started his career at Home Instead Senior Care in 1995 as manager of the Omaha franchise office, which was the company's only franchise at the time. Since then, John has served as franchise training manager, vice president of Operations and vice president for Training and Technology. John also sits on the Board of Directors for Home Instead and feels there's so much more to the company's phenomenal success than meets the eye.

DaveBanark.pngDave Banark, Chief Operating Officer – U.S. and Canada​

As COO for United States and Canada, Dave Banark oversees operations for our corporate-owned franchise offices, as well as franchise support and training functions for the Home Instead Senior Care® network. Dave joined the organization in 1998 as general manager of the first Home Instead Senior Care franchise office in Omaha, Nebraska. He served as vice president of Franchise Support in 2004 before assuming his current role in January 2012.
 
Before joining Home Instead, Inc., Dave worked at Metro Medical Transportation in Omaha — an experience that taught him the challenges of operating a service business in a highly competitive environment. Dave sees a bright future for Home Instead Senior Care, thanks to its services and its people. 

JessieBrumbach.pngJessie Brumbach, Global Chief Brand Officer​​

Jessie started her career in motion picture marketing at Universal Studios then spent several years in telecommunications bringing new products such as high speed internet, on demand television and telephony to market. Jessie has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2008 where she leads the global brand strategy to reach, connect and support the family caregiver and enhance the customer experience to meet the market’s changing expectations of care. Her team’s work has won multiple awards for strategy, creative and execution that produces results. Jessie currently serves on the Advisory Board of HomeCare 100 and Board of Directors at Hawthorne Strategies Group.

JisellaDolan.pngJisella Dolan, Global Chief Advocacy Officer

Jisella Dolan, global advocacy officer, leads the Advocacy division, which includes the Standards, Legal, Government Affairs and Thought Leadership teams. These departments are dedicated to advocating for aging adults and their families, ensuring a consistent quality care experience, maintaining the excellence of the Home Instead Senior Care brand, and shaping aging and home care policy around the world. She also helps lead Home Instead’s diversity and inclusion work.

Jisella serves as Strategy Officer for the World Economic Forum (WEF) and on the WEF’s Global Council for the Future of Health and Health Care System. She is Home Instead’s representative to the Global Coalition on Aging, and serves on the Home Care Association of America’s Strategy Committee. She is a member of the Women’s Leadership Council for Women Against Alzheimer’s and serves on the Board of Directors for Heartland Family Service.  
 
Before joining Home Instead Jisella was a partner with a global law firm where she lead the firm’s “True North” and “INROADS” programs, dedicated to enhancing women and minority career opportunities in the law She graduated from the University of Nebraska's College of Law and was a member of Order of the Coif, the Nebraska Law Review and Phi Beta Kappa. 

DonnRaymond.pngDonn Raymond, Global Chief Financial Officer 

Donn leads the finance and human resource teams, which oversee all aspects of our financial portfolio and the strategic use of financial and human resources to help us achieve our vision.

Before joining Home Instead in September 2019, Donn worked independently providing business consulting services. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer for over 12 years at Hayneedle, Inc., a leading online home furnishings retailer. Donn’s role at Hayneedle was preceded by leadership roles with Oriental Trading Company in Omaha, Nebraska and Novellus Systems, Hewlett-Packard and Ernst & Young all in San Jose, California.

Donn is a Certified Public Accountant, and he has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

MikeBoyer.pngMike Boyer, Chief Operating Officer International Markets

As COO of International Markets, Mike Boyer leads a team responsible for international franchise development and international business development of Home Instead Senior Care, Inc., which has the largest global presence of any senior care company in the world. .
 
Before joining the organization, Mike held senior positions in sectors ranging from healthcare to international media and philanthropy. He has written extensively on international affairs for numerous publications and has appeared as an expert commentator on media outlets around the world. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado College and a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.

Martin Jones, CEO UK Division

As CEO of Home Instead Senior Care UK, Martin Jones is responsible for leading all areas of our UK operation.

When his father become seriously ill, Martin experienced first-hand the inconsistent levels of care in the UK. Martin wanted to join an environment where he could make a difference in the lives of other older people and their families, so he came to Home Instead in September 2011.

Martin’s role is to continue the development of the brand in the UK, helping establish Home Instead as the UK's most admired care company and as an employer of choice within the sector.

Alongside his passion to support families to enable their loved ones to live independently at home, he loves provides job opportunities that are fulfilling and which make best use of peoples' skills and experience. He is an active member of Business in the Community's Age at Work leadership team, championing the role of older workers. Martin also holds various trustee positions and is on the board of The Care Workers Charity (which exists to support the welfare of current, former and retired care workers), The Silver Line (which strives to end loneliness amongst seniors) and Home Instead’s dedicated charity, the Bring Joy Foundation.
