Our Franchise is proud to serve seniors in the Brampton area. Brampton is the third largest city in the Greater Toronto Area. As of the 2016 census, Brampton's population was 593,638.

Brampton also known as the Flower City has come a long way in terms of development with a new Civic Hospital (Brampton Civic Hospital), a new theatre Rose Theatre

The City of Brampton is multi culturally diverse and we take pride in the team of CAREGivers who serve the seniors in the communities who care for their seniors right up to their language and cultural needs

The City of Brampton has long been a supporter of Team Home Instead - from its support of the Be a Santa to a Senior Program since year 1 of our participation to the community presentations to the seniors at the Flower City Seniors Rec Centre

We are also a proud member of the Brampton Board of Trade - offering Member to Member discounts to the Board of Trade Members.

Home Instead Senior Care Brampton offers:

  • Home Care: Supportive care provided wherever individuals live, be it in their home, a retirement home, or a care facility by professional caregivers or family and friends. An overwhelming majority of seniors (86 percent) want to continue living at their homes and Home Instead Senior Care can help seniors in the Brampton area to continue living there.
  • Companionship Care: Home Instead Senior Care is the world’s largest provider of non-medical home care and companionship services for seniors. Home Instead Senior Care’s companionship services not only relieve stress and worry for family caregivers, but they also provide the healthy interaction and activity that are vital for seniors in retaining cognitive abilities and physical health. Our kind and thoughtful CAREGivers truly enjoy working with seniors. And we find that most seniors are much more likely to accomplish tasks and participate in favourite activities when they simply have a companion with whom to enjoy them.
  • Personal Care: Your grandmother is a great lady. She taught you table manners, made you wash behind your ears, and taught you to have compassion for others. She always baked your favorite cookies, listened raptly to your stories from school and gave you the best birthday presents. Since her stroke, she needs help with bathing and dressing, but she’s a very modest person and doesn’t want her family helping with these highly personal tasks. Our CAREGivers can help with bathing, incontinence care, dressing and more.
  • Respite Care: The role you’ve taken as a family caregiver is an important one. Your loved one and other family members depend on you. As the primary caregiver, not only do you deserve an occasional break, but also it’s really necessary so you can recharge your physical, spiritual and emotional batteries. It’s critical that you take the time to care for yourself — doctor’s appointments, regular physical exams, counseling sessions or support group meetings — to ensure you’re not getting rundown and that you’ll be up to the challenges of this daunting responsibility. We provide in-home respite care that gives you a break from caregiving.
  • Alzheimer's Care: Alzheimer's or Dementia is a diagnosis that can strike dread in the hearts of most any family caregiver. If you're living it now, you know all too well. If you've just received the prognosis for your senior, you're likely scared and confused.
You need to know that there is support for you and your loved one. Your Home Instead Senior Care® office can help. Our unique CAREGiver training program for Alzheimer's or other dementias is part of our CARE approach, Changing Aging Through Research and Education. Home Instead CAREGivers provide the highest quality of care, changing the way people live with Alzheimer's or other dementias.
  • Transportation: While Home Instead Senior Care is not a taxi, bus, limousine, ambulance, ambulette, or transit service, we provide incidental transportation in conjunction with our companionship services. That means we won't just pick you up and drop you at your destination. We'll help you get ready, accompany you to your appointment, take notes (at your request), stay with you until you are ready to leave, and then take you back home. And, when you return home, we will stay with you until you are settled back in and ready to safely resume your activities.
  • Household Duties: We provide reliable, trustworthy CAREGivers who perform dozens of common household tasks. This assistance helps your loved ones continue to live independently in the home they love. In some cases we’re not looking to take away tasks they enjoy doing but instead to help them continue to perform them safely.
