The position of Home Care Coordinator performs a variety of duties including consulting with potential clients and family members, developing individualized care plans, coordinating service schedules, introducing CAREGivers to clients, conducting regular quality assurance visits, documenting and updating care plans to ensure all aspects of client needs are met.
The Home Care Coordinator promotes our services and develops strong relationships with health care providers and others in the community who support and advocate for seniors in our community. We're there to help with everyday tasks by keeping their home tidy, changing bed linens, doing laundry, etc. We take pride in preparing nutritious meals, keeping the pantry stocked and ensuring daily medications are taken. We assist with personal care needs such as bathing and hygiene with utmost dignity and respect. And, we're there to be good listeners, engage in conversation, and encourage seniors to keep active physically and mentally. We're there to help make it possible for seniors to stay at home, provide support and peace-of-mind to family member, and to bring joy to their lives.
Typical shifts are 3 to 5 hours or longer and wages rage from $16.50 - $20 per hour. We offer flexible work shifts, paid training, and a supportive team.
