I highly recommend Home Instead. I contacted them on an urgent recommendation from my mother’s retirement residence, and their responsiveness was absolutely incredible. At 9:30 AM, I found out my mother needed 1-on-1 companionship starting at 1:00 PM that very same day. By 11:00 AM, Home Instead had already secured a companion for the afternoon and lined up an overnight companion from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. For context, I called another agency to check overnight availability, and they told me they required at least a couple of days' notice. The customer service and care during an incredibly stressful moment were unmatched. Connie replied to all of my emails within 10 minutes, and Belinda met with me in person to finalize the details while genuinely checking in on how I was doing both emotionally and physically. It was a difficult time finding a good PSW worker for our daughter until 3 1/2 years ago Arshdeep Kaur stepped into our home to provide care for her.
