Jay Dell

Owner/ACP

Jay has worked as an Advanced Care Paramedic for the last 26 years in both public and private industry. He has served in a management position as well as a front-line medic. He brings this management experience along with his charisma and an eye to detail to Home Instead. Jay handles much of the administrative aspects of the business along with supporting different areas as needed.

Judy Talen

Judy possesses both a degree in Psychology along with a degree in Nursing from the University of Alberta. She has worked for the past 25 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the University of Alberta hospital (Stollery) where she served as both an advocate and caregiver for her tiny patients and their families. She and her spouse purchased the Sherwood Park franchise from the retiring owner in May of 2023 and has transitioned into her role as Client Care Coordinator fulltime. Judy brings with her the same advocacy and caring to our clients along with the medical knowledge base to assist our clients navigate the health care system. She develops care plans catered to our clients' individual needs and ensures that both the client and caregiver are satisfied with the care being performed. Due to her RN license, we are able to provide nursing delegations to our staff which allows our office to serve a more complex senior population. Judy is dedicated to providing high quality of care and takes pride in finding the right caregiver for the right client.

Colby Greenslade

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Colby worked as a Health Care Aide since 2014 and a Unit Clerk since 2017. With experience across diverse care environments including hospitals, long-term care, home care and medical clinics, her client based training is an asset. This experience has given her the confidence to meet, work with and converse with all types of people. Her position here at Home Instead is to hire, train and retain high quality caregivers, while supporting all team members.

Megan Warren

Megan has worked in the medical industry for 20 years. She began her career as a Medical Office Assistant because she was passionate about helping others, and in 2023 she pursued further schooling to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. Megan has worked in assisted living facilities, long-term care institutions, and family medical offices. She specializes in dementia and Alzheimer's care and has a strong enthusiasm for dealing with the elderly. Megan completes assessments and creates care plans in her role as a client care coordinator. She makes certain that our clients receive excellent support and care. As a senior advocate, she makes sure that their needs are satisfied and that they are treated with decency and respect.

Tine Moyo is a dedicated Service Coordinator at Home Instead, known for her strong organizational skills and compassionate approach. She began her healthcare journey as a Unit Clerk, gaining valuable experience in medical administration, patient records, and clinical communication. She later transitioned into a Travel Health Care Aide, providing hands-on support to clients across various communities. Today, Tine brings both her administrative expertise and frontline care experience together to coordinate seamless, client-focused home care services. She ensures smooth coordination between clients and caregivers,-always with a focus on dignity, respect, and individualized care.

Isabelle has been with the company for over 2 years and works both as our office coordinator and as a care professional. She helps us maintain an organized office environment and ensures that all certifications are kept up to date.
