Chief Executive Operator

As the Owner, Tracie oversees and manages all areas of the business. She has over 20 years of experience in the Health Care Industry . Prior to acquiring Home Instead, Tracie was working for the North Island Hospital specialising in Neuroscience, Cardiology and Palliative Care. Tracie is passionate about her Clients, her Staff and her Community. She is always looking for opportunities to better those most vulnerable. Outside of her practice Tracie likes to spend time in Nature paddle boarding and spending quality time with her husband and 2 teenage boys mostly at the Hockey Rink.

HR & Finance

Kristy plays a vital role in managing both the human resource and financial operations of our organization. She is dedicated to providing prompt and accurate financial reporting for our Clients, Care Professionals, and Management Team, ensuring transparency and accountability across the board. In her Human Resource role, Kristy fosters a positive and supportive workplace environment, managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with care and professionalism. With a strong background in administrative roles across both corporate and non-profit sectors, Kristy brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every aspect of her work. When not at work, Kristy enjoys exploring Vancouver Island, traveling, and watching her son at the Hockey Rink.

Client Operations Manager

Lisa has enjoyed many different roles in Health Care since earning her HCA certification in 2018. She fell in love with supporting individuals living with advanced dementia while working at Evergreen Seniors Home. During her practicum, she discovered her passion for Community Health Services and enjoyed the opportunity to connect with a wide range of clients and families throughout the community. Today, Lisa focuses on client care and quality assurance at Home Instead. She works closely with clients and their families by conducting care consultations, developing personalized care plans, and ensuring clients receive compassionate, high-quality support that meets their changing needs. Lisa also maintains ongoing communication with Care Professionals to support continuity of care and help ensure the best possible experience for every client. Lisa is excited to see the office continue to grow and expand, and she looks forward to continuing to serve the community with compassion and dedication.

Community Engagement and Relations Manager

Alesia is a healthcare professional with a leadership style grounded in compassion, accountability, and service. Raised in a first responder family, she developed a strong sense of responsibility and a calm, supportive approach to working with others in both everyday and challenging situations. She brings a strong background in customer service to her role, where she focuses on collaboration, clear communication, and delivering high-quality care. In her leadership work, Alesia is committed to fostering a respectful, supportive environment for both clients and colleagues, with an emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement. Outside of work, she is a proud mother of two grown children and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes fitness and time with her two dogs. Alesia values strong community connections and leads with both professionalism and heart.

Meet the newest addition to our team, Kobe. Kobe is a purebred Frenchie with a heart full of love, and snorts full of joy. He never fails to leave a trail of smiles everywhere he goes. With his great snuggling skills, he makes for the perfect therapy dog. Kobe finds joy in playing with his toys, visiting clients, and playing with his big brother Beasley.
