Assurity® Certified Home Care You Can Trust

At Home Instead, we believe families deserve peace of mind when inviting care into their homes. That’s why we’ve gone above and beyond industry requirements to become Assurity® Certified through the BC Care Providers Association.

Unlike many private home care agencies, we chose to undergo this voluntary accreditation process — a comprehensive review that measures our operations against established provincial standards for safety, training, and accountability.

The Assurity® program examines every part of our care model, including:
* Caregiver screening and training
* Health and safety practices
* Client care planning and documentation
* Policies, supervision, and continuous improvement
Achieving certification means our team meets or exceeds the benchmarks set for quality home care in British Columbia. It’s our way of saying that “good enough” isn’t good enough — your loved one’s safety, comfort, and dignity always come first.

This certification isn’t required. It’s a choice — one that reflects our deep commitment to transparency, professionalism, and the families we serve.
Assurity® Certified. Because care at home should always be held to the highest standard.
