We are currently hiring Part-Time Home Support Workers to support seniors in Richmond so they can live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
Safely transport clients to appointments and outings as required
Document care accurately using the WellSky Care App
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred)
Comfortable working a flexible, changing schedule based on client needs
Valid Class 5 driver’s license (mandatory)
Reliable personal vehicle available for client transportation
Business-use auto insurance (required)
Strong communication skills, compassion, and dependability
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Additional Requirements
Must reside in Richmond, BC
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Work Permit)
Availability for a range of shift lengths and times
