Owner

With a desire to make an impact in the community his family lives in, Jeremiah is proud to run the Home Instead Senior Care office servicing Richmond, Surrey North Delta and Queensborough. Early in his career he was fortunate to work as an ABA Therapist for children within the autism spectrum. This is where he learned how rewarding it is to work in a profession assisting others. When Jeremiah is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. With two active young boys and an energetic dog, you may see Jeremiah and his wife around town coaching soccer, wrangling children, supporting the arts or going on family adventures.

Mary Ip

Mary Ip

Client Care Coordinator

With over a decade in healthcare, serving as both a medical office assistant and nurse, I am thrilled for the opportunity to work with Home Instead. I've witnessed the pressing need for compassionate one-on-one senior care for our beloved elders and respite support for their families. My upbringing by my grandparents instilled in me a deep appreciation for their independence and the joyful moments we shared. Joining Home Instead fills me with excitement as I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community. During my downtime, I find solace in spending precious moments with my family, enjoying the magic of Broadway shows, indulging in a warm cup of tea with a good book, exploring nature through hiking, and rejuvenating my spirit with yoga and HIT workouts.

Kevin N, Home Instead Richmond

Creating Meaningful Moments Through Gentle Connection.

Kevin brings a calming presence and patient heart to every care visit. With experience in dementia care and a background in customer service, he knows how to build trust and connection—two things that make all the difference in home care.

“I was inspired to do this work because I’ve seen how important it is for seniors to feel supported,” Kevin says. “Sometimes just sitting with someone and watching their favorite show creates a connection that lasts.”

Kevin excels in companionship care, offering emotional support and helping clients feel truly seen. He believes that caregivers make a difference not just through tasks, but through presence.

“One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that some behaviors come from what someone is going through—not who they are,” he shares. “Staying kind, gentle, and patient goes a long way.”

He’s proud of the Richmond team and the way everyone looks out for one another. “We’re not just coworkers—we’re a team that supports both clients and Care Pros.”
