Home Instead Victoria is looking for dedicated Care Professionals to support seniors across the Colwood, Metchosin, and Sooke areas, helping them live safely and comfortably at home with dignity, respect, and independence.

Flexible availability is required for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Safely use ceiling lifts and other equipment to ensure confident and secure care delivery
• Offer companionship and cognitive support for clients living with dementia
• Help create a warm, respectful, and engaging environment that promotes well-being and independence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience providing personal care and supporting individuals living with dementia
• Familiarity with ceiling lifts (or willingness to be trained)
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Consistent morning availability (required for these service areas)
