As a Care Professional, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day by supporting aging adults in living safely and comfortably in their own homes—while helping them face the challenges of aging with dignity, respect, and compassion. Mandarin-speaking Care Professionals are especially encouraged to apply to better support our diverse client community.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Offer medication and appointment reminders

• Support individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia

• Deliver care with patience, empathy, and respect

• Communicate with clients and families in a warm, professional manner (Mandarin language skills are a strong asset)

What You’ll Need:

• A kind heart and a passion for helping others

• The ability to provide care with dignity and respect

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if driving clients)

• Ability to speak Mandarin is preferred and highly valued

• No previous experience required—comprehensive paid training provided!
