Meet Kevin – Our Go-To Guy for Getting Things Done

Kevin’s been holding it down at Home Instead (White Rock) for nearly 8 years, bringing with him over 35 years of customer service know-how (yep, he’s basically seen it all). As our Operations Manager, he keeps the office humming, makes sure things run smoothly, and helps our scheduling team work their magic—matching clients with the perfect caregivers like a pro.

But Kevin’s superpower? Making people feel like they’re part of the family. Whether it’s a caregiver, a client, or a family member, he’s all about real connections, good conversations, and keeping things down-to-earth. His easygoing vibe makes everyone feel welcome and supported.

When he’s not keeping everything on track at work, you’ll probably find Kevin out enjoying a walk in the park with his dog, Rocky (who might just be the real boss). We’re lucky to have Kevin on the team—his experience, heart, and good humor make Home Instead (White Rock) a better place every day.

Say Hello to Simone – From Rockstar Caregiver to Office All-Star

Simone has been making a difference in people’s lives for years as a registered care aide, and for the past three, she’s been a beloved part of the Home Instead White Rock caregiving team. Her compassion, experience, and all-around awesomeness have made her a favorite with both clients and coworkers.

Now, we’re beyond excited to welcome Simone to our office team! With her deep knowledge of caregiving and her heart-first approach, she’s already proving to be a huge asset behind the scenes. We can’t wait to see the impact she’ll have in this new role.

When Simone’s off the clock, you’ll likely find her whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, enjoying the great outdoors while camping, or hanging out with her husband (who’s definitely her partner-in-fun).

Meet Sandy – Community Connector, Care Champion, and Hockey Star

With a heart as big as her smile, Sandy is all about helping people live comfortably and confidently at home. She is a retired registered nurse with a strong customer service background and a former entrepreneur—basically, she’s got a little bit of everything in her toolkit. Whether she’s supporting families, connecting with community partners, or checking in with clients, Sandy brings compassion, clinical know-how, and genuine warmth to every conversation.

She knows great care goes beyond checklists—it’s about trust, connection, and making people feel truly valued.

When she’s not out building relationships or making care plans, Sandy is probably on the ice playing hockey (yep, she plays!) or soaking up nature on an outdoor adventure. She brings energy, heart, and serious team spirit to everything she does—and we’re so lucky to have her with us!

Razia brings a wealth of experience and heartfelt dedication to the Home Instead White Rock team. With 15 years of experience as a nurse (retired) and more than two decades of community volunteer work, she has cultivated a deep understanding of senior care and the challenges families face.

As our Community Care & Aging Consultant, Razia meets with families, offers care consultations, and proudly represents the Home Instead brand throughout the community.

Her warmth, professionalism, and commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults make her a trusted guide for families navigating care options. We are delighted to welcome Razia to our team.
