Meet Kevin - Our Go-To Guy for Getting Things Done Kevin's been holding it down at Home Instead (White Rock) for nearly 8 years, bringing with him over 35 years of customer service know-how (yep, he's basically seen it all). As our Operations Manager, he keeps the office humming, makes sure things run smoothly, and helps our scheduling team work their magic-matching clients with the perfect caregivers like a pro. But Kevin's superpower? Making people feel like they're part of the family. Whether it's a caregiver, a client, or a family member, he's all about real connections, good conversations, and keeping things down-to-earth. His easygoing vibe makes everyone feel welcome and supported. When he's not keeping everything on track at work, you'll probably find Kevin out enjoying a walk in the park with his dog, Rocky (who might just be the real boss).
