Kevin, Operations Manager
Kevin serves as the Operations Manager at Home Instead (White Rock), bringing nearly seven years of dedicated experience to the company and a remarkable 35 plus years of customer service expertise. In his capacity as Operations Manager, Kevin oversees the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficient and effective management. Additionally, he plays a crucial role in our scheduling team, skillfully matching clients with caregivers to ensure optimal care and service.
Kevin excels at making everyone feel like family, forging genuine connections with caregivers, clients, and their families. His approachable and down-to-earth demeanor enhances his ability to build these meaningful relationships, contributing significantly to our supportive and inclusive environment.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kevin enjoys taking leisurely walks in the park with his dog, Rocky. We are privileged to have Kevin’s extensive experience and steadfast commitment to excellence as part of the Home Instead (White Rock) team.
Simone, Operations Support Specialist
Simone brings a wealth of experience to our team, having dedicated many years to the caregiving field as a registered care aid. For the past three years, she has been an invaluable member of Home Instead White Rock, providing compassionate and skilled care to our client's. Now we are excited to welcome Simone to our office team, where her extensive background and dedication will be tremendous assets. We look forward to her contributions and are thrilled to have her join us in this new role.
When Simone is not working she loves cooking, camping and spending time with her husband!
