Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Chatham-Kent & Surrounding Areas, ON
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in Chatham-Kent and nearby areas. Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance while ensuring clients' comfort and dignity
Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Prepare and cook meals according to clients' dietary needs
Offer companionship and engaging conversation to enhance clients' well-being
Preferred Candidates:
PSWs (Personal Support Workers), RPNs (Registered Practical Nurses), RNs (Registered Nurses), or individuals with a background in healthcare or home care
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
A PSW Certificate is required
Must complete a criminal background check
Must provide two professional references
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Availability to work every other weekend
A vulnerable sector check and a 2-step TB test may be required
