We have given a 5 star rating, and would give more if we could!! Our experience with Home Instead has been amazing!!! My family cannot say enough as to how well our father is treated by Gift, his primary PSW caregiver. She is truly a gift to our family. She knows exactly what to do to get our dad smiling and laughing. Gift comes to my father's home with a positive attitude and a big smile. She is always engaging and positive. Her extraordinary way of interacting with our dad has made relinquishing personal care possible. Gift has given our mom the much needed respite she needs. She makes my family feel at ease knowing that our dad is in such good hands. We cannot give her enough credit for dealing with him with such dignity and respect. Idris has also been a wonderful recent addition to our father's care. He is too is always engaging, happy and caring. It is wonderful to see him build a positive relationship with our dad as well. We are so fortunate to have such exceptional care. We cannot speak of Home Instead without speaking of Jessriel! If we have a problem with scheduling or need to express a concern or question, he is always a pleasure to talk to. Jessriel is always happy and friendly. No matter when you call, he is positive and joyful. He has a truly special ability to interact with others in such a caring and sincere way that is invaluable. We had the pleasure of meeting Ariel and Jessriel at our quality care meeting. Our family is so grateful for their hard work to ensure our dad gets the care he needs. We felt that we were heard and supported. The fact that they take the time to match caregiver and client means the world to us. We know our dad is getting the best of care with Home Instead. "I gave a 5 star rating, and would give more if I could, it should be more like a 10 star. I can't say enough as to how well my 100 yr old grandmother in-law is treated by Ngozi, she is truly a miricle worker. If babcia is in a bad mood or doesn't want to have a bath, she knows exactly what to do to get her in a better frame of mind. Dementia is taking over my babcia and Ngozi is making this transition so much easier, I can't give her enough credit dealing with her and the family as well. Also there is another super worker, her name is Juliet and she comes with first hand experience of her own, dealing with a father-in-law who also has Dementia. She is a terrific girl, always has a smile on her face, and is amazing with babcia. Now I'm going to tell you about Jessriel Mayor! When I have a problem with scheduling, he is a delight to talk to, always up beat and friendly, no matter when you call, he is the same, never a harsh word! I myself have been lifted up in spirits, just by the way he speaks to me! I have dealt with another company with PSWS and I can assure you, they won't come even close to the service that HomeInstead and their PSWS provide! The reason I know this is because I'm very hands on when it comes to my babcia, and that is very important, I feel for everyone.
