CAREGiver of the Month

Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which she completed in India. She has been working with Home Instead for the past year and describes the experience as truly rewarding. Ruby is passionate about supporting older adults and feels a deep connection to the seniors she cares for. She enjoys engaging them in meaningful activities such as playing games, solving puzzles, and spending quality time together to bring joy and comfort into their daily lives.

Outside of work, Ruby enjoys dancing, cooking, and reading, and she has a strong interest in playing badminton. She is also currently learning crochet, as she enjoys exploring new skills and staying motivated and creative. Ruby is always eager to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, and looks forward to continuing her journey with Home Instead.

Vanshika brings warmth, compassion, and dedication to every client she supports. Originally from India, she has a strong background in clinical settings and has confidently taken on roles in palliative care and support work.

Passionate about volunteering and helping others, Vanshika loves brightening days—whether through a kind word, offering comfort, or simply sharing a smile. She’s a proud dog lover and enjoys spending time with animals, reading, exploring her community, and forming meaningful connections. She enjoys creating content for social media  it gives her a way to express creativity, spread positivity, and share meaningful moments.

Family is at the heart of her life. Though her parents live in India, she shares a close bond with her brother. Vanshika takes pride in the resilience and empathy she’s developed through life’s challenges, and her positive, open mindset continues to inspire everyone around her.
