"We have had Home Instead service for my 88 year old mother since April of this year and are very happy with the service. I tried other home care company’s and they either couldn’t or would not accommodate the necessary schedule for my mother’s care. "When my brother suddenly needed home care services, Home Instead was quick to respond to my request for an assessment. A case manager visited us at my brother’s home, and within days, we had someone scheduled to come at the times requested. When my brother’s needs changed, Home Instead was once again quick to pivot and find a second personal support worker to come at the newly required times. I’ve also appreciated the regular communications regarding services provided and that you’ve been available as needed. This has been reassuring and helpful. Thank you."
