This year Home Instead chose 10 Care Pros who truly stood out, demonstrating compassion and exceptional care to the older adults and families they work with. Being named a Care Pro of the Year is one of the profession’s highest honors and Home Instead’s highest accolade for our more than 100,000 Care Pros worldwide. Standing Ovation Care Pro Recognition
A standing ovation is considered the highest form of praise and recognition, taking applause to the next level. Coffee Hour or Continuing Education Events
Recently, we had a wonderful Coffee Hour with some of our amazing care pros.
This activity is very important for us to bond and connect with each other. Sharing stories, experiences, and a few laughs over a warm cup of coffee helped us strengthen our team spirit and foster a sense of community.
