What You’ll Be Doing

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will provide essential non-medical care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home:

• Assisting with personal care routines (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and daily routines)
• Supporting mobility, safe transfers, and fall prevention techniques
• Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
• Preparing simple, nutritious meals and snacks
• Completing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
• Offering medication reminders according to care plans
• Supporting clients with cognitive changes, including dementia care
• Assisting with errands or transportation when required

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle
