After Cathy acquired the franchise in November 2012, she quickly discovered it was the best decisions she ever made. Her love and passion for serving and caring for seniors is what truly drives her. With her experience at Home Instead so many things have evolved and changed and that is what is so exciting, the constant challenge to grow and adapt. Home Instead allows her to make a difference every day, whether it's helping a family in crisis, a community care partner we serve, or a wonderful caregiver. Cathy leads a team of caring individuals who help families with the many issues that involved caring for your loved ones. As an advocate and resource for families, Cathy is always pursuing education and opportunities to exceed the growing needs within our senior care community.

At Home Instead Home Instead, Debbie Y is known for bringing comfort and a smile to every home visited. Debbie comes to us with a background in previously worked as hospital operation nurse and hospital general nurse. With 10 years plus at Home Instead, Debbie has built relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared joy.

For Debbie, the reward is in the connection. "You will learn what life is really about, to know their past, stories through contacts and communication," Debbie shares. Through these shared moments, Debbie has learned valuable life lessons, noting, "Mistake doesn't repeat again."

Debbie's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Skilled in almost in every category…, Debbie finds joy in the details of each visit. "Communicating with clients and understand their needs…," Debbie says of a typical day.
