Regine is admired for her ability to calmly and professionally figure things out when challenges arise. She identifies solutions and takes initiative, such as noticing a safety concern when a client’s feet were getting caught in a gym bag. Regine resolved the issue by adjusting where the bag was placed and then communicated this solution to the office so the entire care team could benefit.
Her professionalism is especially evident during critical moments. When filing an incident report, Regine provided detailed and thorough documentation, along with clear insight and reflection on how to handle similar situations in the future. Throughout the incident, she remained calm, composed, and focused on her client’s safety and well-being.
Regine also goes above and beyond outside of direct care. When issues occurred with prepaid cards, she organized the information, resolved outstanding balances, and reported everything clearly to the office, helping restore order quickly.
