Tashia Thompson, CAREGiver Growth Coordinator

Having lived in the Okanagan Valley her entire life, Tash has a love for the outdoors with all the beauty and fun it has to offer. Married with 5 kids, she is a team player and is always first to help find a solution to any problem. After hiring Home Instead to take care of a loved one in 2016 she decided to leave her 20-year finance career to become a CAREGiver. Two years later, with a ton of hands-on caregiving experience, she moved into the office to be part of the CAREGiver growth management team - hiring and training more wonderful CAREGivers to look after our beloved clients.

He is very happy to be part of the Home Instead team!
