Anisha Sunny, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator,
I grew up in Rajasthan, where I completed my schooling. I graduated from Mahatma Gandhi University with a degree in literature, journalism, and communications. I moved to Thunder Bay two years ago and completed the human resource management program at Confederation College. I started planning my career about 7 years ago, always wanting to work in Human Resources due to the spontaneous and unpredictable nature of the work. After coming to Canada, I got acquainted with the concept of supply chain and decided to learn more about that as well. Last year, I moved to Waterloo about a year ago and studied Supply Chain Management at Conestoga College. I will use my passion and education to drive our recruitment and CAREGiver engagement efforts. In my spare time, I love to play basketball, reading and traveling. I am thankful to be part of the Home Instead family, I get to do what I love and at the same time do something good, make a difference in the world.

Pooja Patel, On Call Coordinator
I am a dentist from India who has come to Canada to further my career. Conestoga College is where I received my health care administration degree. I started working for HI in 2021 as a caregiver, and more recently, I began working as an on-call coordinator. I love working with seniors and giving them the finest care possible. Giving their clients the greatest service is everything to HI. I take pride in belonging to HI. I’m appreciative to work for HI. Being a part of this team is the best chance I’ve ever had. Serving others has always been a top emphasis in my profession, and this is certainly no exception.

Srikanth Sanagala, On Call Coordinator
I am from the southern part of India, and I received my doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. I began my work as a clinical research associate for a reputable organization in India, where I participated in several clinical research trials. In 2021, I relocated to Canada to pursue a degree in health care administration and service management at Conestoga College. I began working with Home Instead as a caregiver. I later had the opportunity to work as an on-call coordinator through internal recruitment, and I was really excited to join Home Instead to support the administrative division where quality-oriented service matters first
