"We hired Home Instead to care for our mother after she was discharged from hospital. They were AMAZING! They came to meet with us the day we called. Even with barely 24 hours notice they had established 24 hour care for her. The coordinator was easy to talk to and she was eager to do anything she could to make this process as easy and quick as possible for us. The staff were so kind and gentle and accommodating.
The company is extremely flexible with changing the amount of care needed. We fairly quickly went from 24 hour care to less and less and they met our needs at every turn.
I would HIGHLY recommend Home Instead if you are in need of care for a loved one. We had nothing but positive experiences with them."

"Mom and Dad's caregiver not only looked after the cleaning, laundry and cooking but became a friend and companion. After Dad passed Mom depended on her to be there to look after daily needs and provide companionship. The family greatly appreciated knowing there was someone helping them."

"After a week in hospital, my 95 year old mom returned to her retirement home and had to go back into isolation because of covid. Truthfully, we knew that she couldn't handle any more isolation, and since my siblings and I couldn't be with her constantly, we hired Home Instead to help out. The worker they sent in to spend time with my mom was excellent, and communication with the company was seamless. We very much appreciated the service they provided during that time."

"Mom suffers from both dementia and alzheimers. We recently moved her to a memory care facility. Her Home Instead caregivers were compassionate, patient, supportive and understanding. They engaged Mom both physically and mentally and challenged Mom to challenge herself. Her days were full and enriched thanks to these caregivers. It was an emotional good bye because these young women had become an important part of our family. Thank you."

"Hi there we definitely recommend Homeinstead for family caregivers we mostly had night time care givers who were amazing Saba, and Viviene. if you had a problem it was fixed immediately. I also found them very professional and accommodating of our schedule. Coming to the house with paper work and bring plenty of PPE for the careworkers."

The staff listened empathetically, shared honestly about the current environment as far as the overall shortage of PSWs and still came through, finding a caring, fun and reliable PSW to support my mother-in-law during a difficult time. I appreciated that there was a kind and knowledgeable coordinator overseeing the process who was totally approachable."

"Home Instead Seniors Care remained my family’s super heroes while my Mother’s failing health declined into palliative and later hospice care. We were supported by Home Instead Senior Care in my Mom’s home to the end of her life’s journey with dedicated and reliable care before and during the period of COVID19. From the start upon arriving to their office unannounced the staff had our ear and disclosed clear information to help my family make good decisions on how to proceed to obtain scheduled care partnering along with my other family members. Behind the scenes Jo Wilson, Client Care Coordinator was indispensable obtaining the necessary care we needed for my Mom. Jo’s magic wand consistently matched the knowledgeable skills necessary to staff a Care Giver needed to make my Mom’s last days comfortable and as full of happy conversation as possible. I certainly appreciate Jo’s flexibility, calm, and timeliness with the changing needs of those crazy days! Thank you Jo for your patience. My family have great gratitude to all members of the team at Home Instead Seniors Care. "I am so grateful for Home Instead but especially for Jo Wilson (Client Care Coordinator). My mother's health had a sudden change and she needed 24 hour support for a short period of time. My brother and I were able to support her for a few days but we needed help. I was referred to Jo...and she was absolutely wonderful. She responded the same day and put in place a care support plan based on my mothers needs (for that very night...wow). My mother was completely comfortable with the Home Instead Support Staff...which helped her recover that much quicker. Thank you Jo for the level of care and support you facilitated for Home Instead."

"I would like to share with you my 10 years with Home Instead Senior Care services. With the regular help of my caregivers I have been able to participate in new activities like bingo, singing, and exercises. She also helps with picking up items I need and other shopping errands together. If any issues come up around the retirement home I am able to discuss them with them. They are my sounding board. They are like sister to me.."
