Shivani, is a dedicated caregiver at Home Instead, consistently demonstrates exceptional care and compassion towards her clients. Her warm and kind demeanor creates a welcoming and comforting environment for those under her care. By consistently going above and beyond in her role, Shivani garners high praise and admiration from all her clients. It is no surprise that her clients have developed a deep affection for her, resulting in her well-deserved recognition as Caregiver of the Month of April.

We are thrilled to announce that Crystal has been chosen as our Caregiver of the Month for March. This honour is well-deserved, as Crystal consistently goes above and beyond in her role. Recently, one of her clients took the time to express their appreciation for Crystal's exceptional care and kind demeanour. Sandra is a remarkable example of what it means to be a caregiver of the month. Sandra's willingness to take on new clients despite having a full schedule already demonstrates her passion for caregiving and eagerness to make a meaningful difference in our client's lives. Her professionalism shines through as she continues to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a compassionate approach toward each client's unique circumstances. We are proud to announce our Caregiver Jolie-Anne as the Caregiver of the Month for December. Jolie-Anne has consistently proven her reliability, going above and beyond in providing exceptional support to her clients. Her availability sets her apart as she makes herself accessible whenever needed, ensuring that her client's needs are always met with utmost importance and timeliness. It is with great gratitude that we acknowledge Jolie-Anne for her exceptional service and we are grateful she is part of our Home Instead family, continuously proving her dedication to her clients and their needs.

Caregiver Barb sets herself apart from the rest by always leading with her heart and consistently exceeding expectations in the field of Personal Care. Her genuine compassion and empathy towards her clients shine through in every interaction. Barb goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients receive the highest level of care and attention. Whether it's helping with daily tasks, providing emotional support, or simply being a compassionate listener, Barb never fails to make a positive impact on the lives of those she cares for. Her exceptional dedication and professionalism are a testament to her commitment to providing the best possible care.

It is with utmost pleasure that we announce the Brantfords CAREGiver of the month for October. This came as an easy decision to make, and we are pleased to announce it.

It is with great pleasure to watch Karen connect and make beautiful relationships with her clients. They are always requesting her services, and the feedback they provide about her is always delightful to hear. She continues to show up for her client's day in and day out, always leading with her heart. She is an exceptional example of what a CAREGiver should be, down to her attention to detail. We are proud of Karen's unwavering dedication to Home Instead, and compassionate approach to delivering the best quality care to all her clients!

Chelsie continues to show exemplary characteristics of providing the best senior care for all her clients she always leads with her heart, one of which had very wonderful feedback to give Home Instead. Her client mentioned how she is always pleasant when walking through their door, they are always greeted with Chelsie’s smile and she is always eager to lend a helping hand, not to mention always being on time which makes for a client's happy routine.

Taylor was our saving grace this July with the amount of help she gave us. There were a lot of cancellations on CG's parts for the month of July, and we could always depend on Taylor if we were truly stuck.

Stephanie actually got really great customer feedback from a client this month, but she really helped keep us a float in June by never turning down a cancelled shift when we asked her.
