Kim Lepp, MBA PAC Certified
Kim has been a successful business owner for more than 30+ years. As the driving force behind Home Instead Vancouver, Kim has made it our mission to enrich the lives of our clients, their families, and our dedicated Care Professionals.
Her steadfast leadership has led Home Instead Vancouver to be accredited through Accreditation Canada and earn Vancouver Is Awesome's Star Award for the last seven years.
Kim, a nominee for the Top 25 Women of Influence Awards, is currently studying for her Masters in Gerontology. As a Teepa Snow certified professional, she's an advocate of their mission to enhance awareness and drastically improve dementia care.
Outside work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family. She loves traveling and discovering new places with her husband, her steadfast partner for over 40 years.

Vlad Navarro, Care Manager
Vlad advocates for clients from every angle: navigating their home environments, coordinating care, and working with other healthcare professionals to determine clients' goals and create both short- and long-term plans to achieve those goals.
He became a Medical Doctor in 2008 and worked in many rural underprivileged communities in Mexico providing medical care. In 2011, Vlad started to teach science and became very passionate about helping people improve their lifestyles. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Harpreet Kaur, Service Coordinator
Harpreet is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with a strong passion for assisting the elderly. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery and subsequently pursued a diploma as a Health Care Administration (HCA) to further develop her skills and provide best care services.
With years of experience as a service coordinator, Harpreet has become an expert in the healthcare industry and takes great pride in her work. She believes in the importance of enabling older adults to live comfortably in their own homes and is committed to ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of care and compassion.

Eva Dugaro, Recruitment Coordinator
Eva’s journey in senior care began with a simple desire to make a difference. What started as a volunteer role—offering companionship to lonely seniors and motivating those in rehabilitation—has grown into a fulfilling career.
Now, as a Recruitment Coordinator at Home Instead, she’s responsible for selecting the compassionate caregivers who are at the heart of the care we provide.
With a strong, carefully chosen team, of dedicated caregivers, she’s proud to help ensure that every senior receives the high-quality care they deserve—bringing comfort, dignity, and joy to older adults across our community.

Jay Pastor, Engagement Coordinator
Jay is our key player in onboarding, training, and supporting our dedicated caregivers. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Far Eastern University in the Philippines and with experience as a former Emergency Cardiovascular Care Instructor under the American Heart Association, Jay brings a wealth of expertise to our team. Before stepping into his current leadership role, Jay began his journey with Home Instead Vancouver as a Care Pro, gaining firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of caregiving.
His strong leadership, technical knowledge, and passion for education stem from his extensive clinical and practical experiences. These skills enable him to inspire, train, and empower our caregivers to consistently deliver the highest standard of quality care, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of those we serve.
Beyond his professional life, Jay has a creative side and is passionate about pastries, cakes, photography, and floral design. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active with outdoor pursuits like hiking, tennis, snowboarding, and ice skating.

Katharine Garcha, Client Care Coordinator
Katharine began her academic journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a minor in Gerontology.
Driven by a passion for learning and improving community health, she continued her education and earned a Master's in Public Health. She is deeply committed to advocating for the health and well-being of individuals and enjoys providing personalized support through one-on-one interactions.
Katharine strives to bring warmth, compassion, and comfort to every engagement, ensuring that each person feels valued and heard. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, staying active through exercise, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Mariam Ghasumyan, Office Coordinator
Mariam Ghasumyan supports clients by facilitating communication between clients and caregivers, ensuring seamless connections and providing vital coordination to meet their care needs. In her role as an Office Coordinator at Home Instead, Mariam plays a key role in liaising calls, helping both clients and caregivers stay connected and informed.
With a diploma in Computer Science from Langara College, Mariam brings strong organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills to her position. Her background in office coordination allows her to efficiently manage tasks, streamline processes, and provide exceptional support to both clients and caregivers.
Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in her community, helping others whenever possible, and spending time with family and friends.

Marian De Vera, Scheduler

Agatha, Licensed Practical Nurse
Agatha is a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse with over a decade of healthcare experience in a variety of medical settings. She has been a bedside nurse in acute care, community health nurse and pharmacy nurse. She possesses a vast experience dealing with a broad range of medical conditions, bringing forth the ability to thoroughly assess the health of clients, monitor and change care plans as needed for optimal health moving forward.
During her time off she enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling, music and experiencing new cuisine.
