Our Caregivers serve young and older clients in their homes in Peterborough, Ontario, and the surrounding area! They provide Companionship, Home Helper and Personal Care support to keep those we serve comfortable and maintain their independence for as long as possible. Part-time and full-time schedules are available!

TYPICAL TASKS of a Caregiver include:
- Building a relationship with clients through conversation and engaging activities
- Planning and preparing quality meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping work (sweeping, vacuuming, laundry, dishes, keeping a home organized and other everyday tasks)
- Running errands, driving clients to appointments
- Providing personal care (such as ambulating, dressing, bathing and toileting) and hygiene assistance
We also serve senior clients living with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia! (Training provided)REQUIREMENTS to be a Caregiver:
- Passion to provide high-quality care
- Be able to treat clients with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate in a friendly, congenial manner with the office and clients
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid insurance with a reliable car (preferred)
- Complete a vulnerable sector check and driver's abstract
- Availability to serve clients during the week and every other weekend
- Care experience is preferred but not required!
Compensation: $17-$19 per hour
