A nurse-led approach supports changing or more complex needs. A Registered Nurse Director of Care and LPN Care Managers guide care planning, education, and ongoing communication. Care Pros can use familiar routines, meaningful conversation, activities, companionship, personal care, and support with daily tasks.

A slower introduction can help. The team may begin with conversation, a shared activity, or a familiar routine before adding hands-on support.
