At Home Instead you will become part of a Care Team with access to paid training so you are prepared for your shift. You will also have on-shift support from our skilled Case Managers & Lead CAREGivers.

Can You Meet These Requirements?
- Successful completion of the State of California Department of Social Services Home Care Aid Registry requirements
- Pre-employment drug screening
- Provide proof of COVID 19 Vaccination Record
- Proof of Car Insurance and Driver’s License & DMV Check (if applicable)
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach.
