We have a variety of schedules available:
- Morning shifts: 8a-1p
- Afternoon shifts: 12-5p
- Full day: 8a-5p
- Full day: 12p-10p
- Evenings: 5p-10p
- Overnights: 10p-8a
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with and/or hands-on grooming and bathing
- Assistance with dressing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Alzheimer's/Dementia Care
Requirements of a Caregiver:
- Compassion to care and help others in the Hendricks and West Marion County communities!
- No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete and pass a criminal background check, BMV check, and drug screen
- Must obtain valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
