Home Instead is seeking a PART TIME NURSE to assist in Craven & Carteret County. You will find yourself part of an amazing team, who work together to keep clients in their home environment. Essential Job Duties
- Availability 2-3 days/week
- Timely and Accurate Documentation
- Traveling Throughout the Local Region
- Perform Initial Assessments and Plan of Cares to Assess Client’s Activities of Daily Living and Evaluate their Home Environment.
- Perform 90-day Supervisory Visits
- Assist with Hands on Training of Caregiver and CNAs
- Perform Caregiver Supervisory Visits
Requirements
- Must have degree from an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN license to practice in NC.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance.
- Computer Skills and Comfortability to Electronically Document Assessments and Plan of Care
- Able to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV screen.
