"Home Instead was one of a number of homecare services we researched when we were looking for home support and companionship for our 89 year old mother who has Alzheimer's. We searched the internet and read several online reviews and consistently found Home Instead to be highly rated and with good reviews. We decided to go with Home Instead, and we're glad we did! From the start, they were very professional, answering questions, promptly returning calls, and asking for details about our mother and her needs. They had two wonderful support workers in our mother's small town, both of whom were always patient, engaging, and communicative. We felt very reassured when the workers were there, and either they or Home Instead would call us if there ever were any issues or concerns with our mother. Mom thought they were great, and always asked if they could stay longer. We've now moved mom into a Long Term Care home, but had we not, we certainly would have continued with Home Instead services. For anyone who is looking for a private home care service that is reliable, professional, skilled and trustworthy, we would highly recommend Home Instead! "
