We are expanding our scope of services and looking for a confident practicing Registered Nurse to join our Vancouver office.


  • We're seeking an intuitive LPN who can anticipate changes in patient conditions, helping to prevent hospital readmissions and ensure continuous, optimal care.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, quality, and safety through regular contact and quality assurance visits, especially for those receiving medication and nursing services.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing quality, clinical matters, risk, and training at Home Instead.CAREGiversSM

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and training for CAREGivers, both in-office and in the field.
  • Supervise ongoing case management of all patients ensuring an accurate evaluation and treatment plan, maintaining our quality model, and utilizing services appropriately to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintains ongoing communication regarding patient care with physicians, referral sources, caregivers, patients, and associates to facilitate coordination of care.
  • Conduct specialized services training with individual CAREGivers who are serving high needs clients receiving specialized services.
  • Act as an expert adviser regarding the medication services and delegated specialized services training given to CAREGiver.
  • Keep detailed documentation of all relevant phone and in-person contact with clients, client representatives, CAREGivers and others.
  • Competitive Salary $55,000-$62,000

Ideal Candidate must possess:

  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Active LPN in BC
  • Minimum 2 years Nursing experience
  • Driver's license and a vehicle
