May 11, 2016

According to recent research, 70% of family conversations about aging issues
don’t occur until they are prompted by a health crisis or other emergency. As part of our public education series, this
workshop uses the Action Plan on Successful Aging to encourage discussion with our loved ones about difficult
topics such as: driving, living arrangements and finances.

Date: May 11, 2pm – 4pm OR 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Cliff Wright Library (Lakewood Civic Ctr - 1635 McKercher Dr )

RSVP:  306-931-4663 or homeinstead@shaw.ca
